Delta Faucet - Great Customer Service

It seems like all you see on the Internet is people complaining about poor customer service. We’ve just had great service from Delta, the faucet manufacturer. We installed a new kitchen faucet 8 years ago. It has begun to leak and since it’s a washerless faucet, we can’t just replace the washer to stop the leak. We called Delta and not only did the customer service representative apologize profusely, she also told us we have a lifetime warranty and was sending us out replacement parts. Now that’s what I call customer service!
