I use a Treo and I love it. It’s my digital assistant as well as my cell phone along with email and internet and it all fits in the palm of my hand. Why do I love it? Because it lets me stay in contact with my clients almost everwhere. (Almost everywhere, because this photo is of me in Arizona in the middle of nowhere trying to get a signal!) I can be in between appointments and check my email as easily as if I was sitting in front of my laptop. Since all faxes sent to me are converted into Adobe Acrobat (.PDF files) and are sent to my email, I can review offers and documents from the road. I love the peace of mind of knowing that I don’t need to be tied to a desk or computer to give my clients great service. For me, it’s an almost perfect tool.
