I’ve been travelling a lot lately and there’s one thing I see everywhere I go . . . For Sale signs. Almost all markets across the country are experiencing significantly higher levels of housing inventory than we’ve seen for many years. For most people, this is a good thing. Now, buyers can actually take a breath after seeing a house they like and even see the house more than once, rather than the frantic market of a few years ago. Most sellers are going to buy another house, so they no longer feel the “what happens when my house sells so quickly? I don’t want to end up on the street with no place to go” stress that they used to feel. All in all, a balanced market is better for everyone
