I was recently interviewed for an Angie’s List Magazine article on Renting vs. Selling. I find it amazing how a 10 minute interview can be taken down to one sentence! Since many real estate markets around the country are very slow, the interviewer was writing an article to inform people they might choose to rent their properties if they can’t sell them. Thankfully our market is recovering nicely and although prices are still down, properties are selling.
