At last night’s Sellers’ Seminar, one of the many points we talked about is the fact that the real estate market in Medford, Somerville, and Malden is not all “doom and gloom” as the media would have us think. Properly priced properties (say that 3 times fast!) are selling and selling quickly. Buyers are understanding that not only are properties priced significantly less than they were 3 years ago, but there are also low interest rates, making this a good time to buy.
